Is It Just Me?

Or is anyone else getting a blank screen when you pull up JJ's and Jane's blogs??

If it was just JJ's, I'd figure, well, the Blogger cops finally caught up with her and shut her down. But Jane seems a reasonably solid blog citizen...

UPDATE: JJ's seems to be back now...

UPDATE: Both JJ and Jane are back, even particle got his service straightened out. Earth is back on its axis. :)

Much like an orgasm, that problem was just temporary.

I couldn't get on my own blog earlier. Do you know pigs have 30 minute orgasms? In my next life I'm going to be a pig.

JJ: Do you want me to swing at that hanging curve ball, or should I save it for Dave or Scott?

Blue: Moan, moan, moan. Survey seems to be working okay on my machine/connection. It's a popup window and might be blocked by your browser settings/swatter. Try holding CTRL down when you click "Submit."

Jane: If you want to post on my blog you're welcome to, I can give you posting privilege. All you have to do is fix my survey...

My survey is acting up, Jane's blog is blank, Pepa's template is frozen. I think this is all caused by Scott's Day 666.

I got what Jane did on the survey too Phil! I voted on the last one, does it remember?

All right, all right, all right!! Jeez.

The perl code is orders of magnitude more complicated than it needs to be, and it's way over my head to fix. So. I put the blame thing on a new platform, seems to work okay, takes hours to load, has ads, but you can make comments and observations.

Are you all happy NOW??? lol

Is it Christmas already?

No, not THAT survey, Dave! lol But we're late enough in the year it may be mathematically impossible for you to expect anything but a lump of shale oil in your stocking.

Ho Ho Ho

Hi Phil,

I found your blog via Scott W's blog. I love how you have the steps clearly displayed on the side of your blog. A great and powerful reminder, like Oz, but better.

Barbara: Thank you! I actually have them there for two reasons: first, for myself, as another way to keep them in the front of my mind; and second, on the off chance someone stumbles in, via the "Next Blog" button or search engine, who has NEVER seen them and NEEDS to see them! :)

I enjoy reading your erudite and thoughtful blog, I've stopped in several times in the past few weeks, after reading your comments on other blogs.

Particle: Good effort! What made it so hard for you is that the planet naturally revolves around ME!

Blue: Oh, good, I was starting to worry no real alcoholics read my blog. 9 responses, all "no DUIs"?? WTF? I've consoled myself that, yes, they're alcoholics, and maintaining their certification as such by lying about/denying/blacking out their DUIs. So I'm thrilled I have at least one real, yet honest, alcoholic reader. hmmm... How many DUIs do you REALLY have, Blue...? LOL

Phil, not driving while drunk was probably the ONLY sensible thing I ever did while drinking.

Blue: Now THAT'S a drunkalogue. That's more like it. I knew there was more to it. LOL

Grace: Even if it is the only sensible thing you did, it's a big one!

Jane: I'm like you. I have no idea why I never got a DUI -- it had nothing to do with my behavior. I, too, am grateful that my irresponsibility never killed anyone.

Glad you found me Phil, I can see my old blog when I hover over my lik on yours for memories sake! :-)
